Tutorial: Learn to Love Baddha Konasana

Baddha konasana (bound angle or “butterfly” pose) can be frustrating for many of us. If your back is overly rounded or your knees don't fall gracefully to the floor, it's easy to feel disheartened. But don't worry! Sandy's tips will help you find more comfort and range of motion in this pose. Who knows, you may even start to love it!
